Costume Rental Policies

1. Rental is for a period of 3 days excluding collection day.
2. Rental procedures:

Incomplete emails are not entertained
3. Rental is on a first come first serve basis.
4. Deferred payment is NOT allowed.
5. Your rental fees includes free washing and ironing.
6. Late fees will be charged at $50 per day for up to 3 days
7. Deposit will be forfeited in the following cases:
* Failure to return costume 7 days from collection date
* Dirt on costume that is permanent and can't be washed off
* Any part of costume that is missing or spoiled.
8. You are allowed to change a maximum of 1 time in the collection meet up appointment. An additional fee of $10 will be charged with every extra change in meet up location, time or date.
9. Management reserves the right to alter any part of the policies without prior notice. In any case it is your responsibility to update yourself on any changes.
10. Deposit will be returned to you via bank transfer to your acc within 5 days from your return date.


Hair/Wig Styling Services Policies

1. Book your time slot one week in advance
2. Once u send the email to book, you are obligated to show up
3. Time Slots are available on weekends only. Weekday requested are not entertained

5. Bring your detailed reference pic when you show up. Any inaccuracies due to miscommunication on your part is not entertained.
6. A confirmation email will be sent to you with details of the home studio address, date and time
7. Management reserves the right to alter any part of the policies without prior notice. In any case it is your responsibility to update yourself on any changes.
8. For your package plan, email us for a quotation
9. Payment is by cash only


Items Sale Policies

2. Once order sent in, no backing out is allowed. It is your responsibility to follow through the sale.
3. Items not collected 2 weeks after we have confirmed the arrival of your item will belong to us, unless you can give us a good reason.
4. You are allowed to change a maximum of 1 time in the collection meet up appointment. An additional fee of $10 will be charged with every extra change in meet up location, time or date.
